Sustainable cellar
Cantina I Vini di Maremma was founded as real help to its own members and over the years it has developed increasingly efficient practices for updating, training and monitoring. It has also decided to certify the organization of the company processes through the EQUALITAS standard along the entire production chain, from the arrival of grapes in the cellar to the bottling and sale of the final product.
The commitment in the cellar
Throughout the whole production chain of our wines we always make use of cutting-edge technology so that the quality of the product is the best possible and we keep the whole vinification process checked: from the supply of grapes by our members to the delivery to your tables.
To preserve the environment we plan a reuse of materials, such as, for example, the return of stalks to our members for agronomic use and the delivery of pomaces to the distillery.We constantly monitor electricity and water consumptions.

To help our members in the continuous improvement of wine we offer a constant training in many fields that go from economy to agriculture.
Our strong bond to Tuscan Maremma territory is another aspect we carefully pay attention to: we promote the knowledge of this territory with activities addressed to anyone such as classes and free tastings.

Cantina I Vini di Maremma is a cooperative that aims for the wellness of its own members and therefore we pay particular attention to the economic management of our cooperative.
We draw up the company financial statements, explanatory notes, directors’ report and all the documents necessary for the continuous monitoring of development.
Even those who work with us, both employees and suppliers, are held in high regard: we commit with them on a daily basis in order to keep excellent relationships and allow them to keep growing.
