SUSTAINABILITY, ETHICS AND ENVIRONMENT
Cantina I Vini di Maremma makes use of a sustainability management system in compliance with “Organizzazioni Sostenibili” (OS) form (=“Sustainable Organizations” – SO) ), starting from the reception of grapes to the final product and respects the EQUALITAS standard.
The quality management is an integrated system that we have been carrying out for 10 years and which we have recently integrated with the system requirements expected by the sustainability system and from those expected by the organization and management model as per D. lgs. 231/01.

GRAPE-SUPPLIER MEMBERS
The winery holds an up-to-date list of members and each of them is involved in quality and sustainability projects through notices, technical and institutional meetings.
SUPPLIERS
The company uses historical suppliers that have been loyal over time with whom it has established a relationship of trust and whose quality standards are periodically checked.
AUDITS
Internal audits are carried out annually on the sustainability management systems, with the aim to verify the application of standard requirements and highlight the improvement areas.
TRACEABILITY AND CONTROL PLANS
The company has arranged a traceability plan, within which, for each stage and activity of the production process, material flows and information related to traceability are reported.
